The staff, Shihan, Sempai Lee, Sensei Mat, and Sensei Blake are the best Martial arts teachers I have known. Their style of teaching is Excellent!!! Their expert knowledge of learning and teaching is first class. In this Black Belt school, they teach about what comes from the heart not just the head. I have benefited from this school in the area of personal development-Discipline, learning to win in tournaments and it feels good to win a lot. But its not fun to lose especially if you get beat out by somebody else who did something better and you know if you could have learned that, you would win and have everybody's praise and stay on top. when you lose you want to blame everybody else and be hard on yourself, when its really all about the journey, making new friends, enjoying your fellow Karate students and just having fun, not just trying to be on top and say look at me!!! That's when I saw the beauty of this school-it takes everybody to win from the Heart!!!! Listening to the instructions of the staff has won so many medals repeatedly, consistently year after year!! The best thing I have learned from this school is it is not about me, its what I do with what is about me, I can stay mad and blame others or I can better myself and be an example to the children, young people, and the adults and teach from the heart and let everything else fall into place. Everything I have learned from Shihan and staff is character, trust, and loyalty out of respect because he has a school of business to run and a place -the dojo to develop trust and loyalty, to instill in us the I want to be the best I can be for our fellow students and win with the right heart perspective-win or lose-You gain the best attitude toward the goal of Black Belt and being what a Black Belt should be-Heart first, then Character, then performance, here at this school. My son has taken karate at this facility for 8 years. He has grown so much under the instruction of Bob and Lee Montgomery as well as Matt. I watched the discipline and respect overflow into his school and home life. He has loved this school and its leaders as much as his own family. He progressed through his training and began helping others , he developed a love for teaching to eventually become part of the staff at CFK. I can not say enough of how this dojo has molded him into the man he has become. He is not just a black belt he is a man of integrity that loves watching students grow and accel in their goals and is still challenged by the leaders to be the best he can be in all walks of life. . They teach more than karate and belt promotions they cultivate discipline , self control and respect in every area of the students life.

Shihan Bob Montgomery and Mat are amazing! This school is amazing! I think everyone should try their free promotional class! My children take lessons there and have grown in many ways including their respectfulness to others and ambition in daily life! I look forward to many more years because the last 6 have been fun!
