Iam a new secretary here and I strive to give anything but excellent costumer service if there are old reviews please disregard them they are about old employers take a chance on us I promise you won't be sorry we have a new team excellent prices excellent customer service and we back that with a 3 year warranty don't listen to old reviews because we are not the same people that were at this establishment

Horrible attitude.. not sure how this place is still open.. terrible customer service! I would rather pay more than deal with someone with a bad attitude! Do not go to this place!

Horrible Place! They do an absolutely sloppy/lazy/half ass job! They do NOT know what they are doing. What a rip off!
If you have to go back 4 times for them to re-do the job, obviously it's an issue. They need to be shut down for ripping people off & stealing money.

This is a top notch business. Prices are reasonable, service is awesome. I was made aware of some shady business practices and yes i asked questions.
The employee involved is longer there. My car looks amazing and highly recommend this guy to anyone looking for an amazing tint job!!!

Horrible experience. My new 2016 was damage by this business. I only had the car for 2 months. The exterior of my vehicle had damages due to heating the outside of my window. The tint had to be replace twice and now the passenger rear window have bubbles. I found a blade cut on the rear side. The damage area of the vehicle were taken care of 3 weeks later after I had to go to their home office on the corner of Decker Blvd. I had to leave the Lugoff area at least 5 times to fix my car and they act as if we were getting on their nerves. I never had an attitude with the Lugoff and Decker Blvd office but they gave me all the reasons to do so. I requested to contact the owner and the Decker office would not give us the info. They have a no refund policy which mean....No Consequences.

Concerning the complaint from Mr. Chris. Tell the truth. You had your truck done on a Saturday. You came back to have it fixed. Yet you demanded your money back. I said we would fix the issue. Yet to took all the tint off the truck. You did not give us a chance to make it right. How can you fix the problem when there is no tint on truck. Also you signed for 20% tint. There in Blold letters it said. No Warranty on Illegal Tint.

The business practice of this company is terrible. The tint work done to my brand new truck was sloppy at best, there were holes in ripped in the center of the window, large light gaps on all 5 windows, edges not trimmed, just overall terrible work. I went back the same day to complain and the "tint professional" said "my bad I aint see dat", "bring it back Monday and I will fix it". Well I went back Monday completely disgusted to see the owner to demand a refund. The owner said "we don't give refunds". No where on his receipt does it say no refunds I pointed out to him. His response was "I guess I will see you in court". I STRONGLY suggest that no one make the same mistake I made by giving these con artists your money. Horrible business people.

I've have not had my car windows tinted for 2 weeks, I waited 3 days to roll the windows down like the man said. Today one of the windows started peeling I went back the man said that he WOULD NOT FIX it it was not his fault or problem.
