Not a fan of fast food but this is one of the best Mcdonald by food and service

Today I took my grandkids to McDonald in Boutte and the place was literally filthy

dirty. The floors were greasy and slippery and the play place was so cruddy that I

diddn't let the kids even eat inside. It was very unsanitary to say the least.

I think that the board of health should visit this place atleast once a week because

it's always bad but today it's been the worst I've seen so far. Sometimes the drinks

even taste mildew.

i SO love their food! it is SOOOO delicious. i suggest you try the food there. THE BEST!

This McDonald's should not be noted for it's good customer service. Today I went through the drive thru and was served an inedible fish sandwich. Went back to remedy the problem and was told that any other fish sandwich would turn out the same way because "the grease was old." No apology and seemingly no idea that maybe they shouldn't serve food to the public that turns out this way because of old grease. Absolutely unhelpful manager. She asked if I would like something else instead and made me a double cheeseburger. Unfortunately, this burger was cold as ice when I received it, even though she made it right then and there for me. Guess she doesn't like customers who have the temerity to complain about inedible food. (Years ago I also worked in the food and customer service industries) I advised her that, as a rule of thumb, if she would not serve something to her mother, she shouldn't pass it off on her customers. But I think this fell on deaf ears.
