I like to give reviews (good and bad) when I am paying for services, and this is no different. Not sure what happened with the other reviewer, but Mr. Symms handled an extremely delicate case for me. He was a straight shooter and never gave false promises. His hourly rate was very reasonable considering most others charged at least $50 more per hour. People I think go in looking for a lawyer that will just go along with everything they want no matter what. Mr. Symms saved me money by walking me through the steps. I was very pleased and have used him for other things since my first matter.

Horrible lawyer. Trying to get a estate settled filled lots of paper work charged alot. Can't get the thing settled. And today got a letter fromm his office he won't go to court to get it over with. So all that money is bye-bye!



When he was hired to being with he said he go to court and get it settled. But NO.
