My mother worked at the chickabees in Luling going towards Gonzalez/Buc-ees. My mother was the teacher in the baby classroom (that can't walk yet). My 18 month old baby was in a different class since she could walk etc. My mother came back to work from lunch to find my baby in her classroom playing. My mother asked the other to helpers why was my baby in her classroom? Their response was "Irene, Heaven (my 18 month old) has been in here for over 15 mins and no one has come to look for her ". The helpers explained to my mother that my baby had walked over to their classroom alone. My mom then asked the DIRECTOR why was my baby in her classroom? The DIRECTOR walked over to my baby's classroom and found no teacher present and all the children asleep. They did not know where the teachers were. My baby had gotten up and wondered off because no one way watching her. No one knows how long my baby was missing out of her classroom. This facility is located next to a very busy high way. God forbid she had made her way out the front door on to the highway. My mom was upset. The director did nothing about it nor did she reach out to me (The parent) to notify me that my baby was missing out of her classroom for 15 or more minutes. My mother told the director if this happened to any other child, what would they have told the parent? The directors response was "The parent would have never known". The way the director said is was the facility would have never told the parent. Unacceptable! My baby was missing out of her classroom for 15 plus minutes!!! ANYTHING COULD have have happened! And I posted what happened to my baby on social media and the owner Megan contacted my mother threatening her that she will get her lawyer to get me for slander! Slander is lying!! False accusations!!! I never lied!! I only stayed facts!! The truth about what happened to my baby!!! The owner has never once contacted me or even apoligozed!!

My 3 year old Wyatt went there and they dismissed him because they couldn't handle him. He is a very active child. One person called him unruly because they couldn't control him. They moved his class to the other campus and left him there with the other kids. Because my son was bored because he learned everything at this campus, he acted out. I was getting to where I was needing doctor excuses for myself because they wanted me to pick him up after him being there at this campus for only four hours when he was required to be there for eight hours a day. I will not EVER put my child back at this campus or at the other facility. Most of the caretakers are good people. But because I wouldn't "cooperate" with a certain person, my son was dismissed from this facility.

My 4 year old THOMAS went there the last half of the Summer and looked forward to going the next day! Fantastic people, fun and the additional new location in Luling, TX makes it a plus! See ya soon!
