I have never been to a more friendly dealership in my life! All the staff is extremely knowledgeable and seeks to get you the best services as possible. I did some research online to fix some parts on my truck and instead of letting me pay for the 5 services I thought i needed they found out the real problems and fixed them for less than i projected. I will not go to another Chevy dealership.

I love Luling Chevrolet. I have purchased two vehicles and in the next year will come to them to purchase another. Their service department is great. I come from a large city about one hour away to have my car serviced. If I were to take my car to a dealer in my city I would be waiting at the dealership all day. Going to Luling Chevrolet I am in and out in no more than two hours. Sure beats a full day of sitting when I have other important chores to do. I also appreciate the attitude of everyone at the dealership. I can be sitting in the waiting room and one of the employees walks by; looks me in the eye and asks if there is anything he/she can get me. I think the way the phone is answered says it all "Hello, It's a Great Day at Luling Chevrolet".
