Terrible customer service.

My dishwasher was under warranty and the manufacturer scheduled service with Doug's Appliance. The technician came out for the first appointment and his only recommendation was to try loading it differently. He did nothing. I tried his recommendations, but of course the dishwasher was still not working.

I called an scheduled another appointment the following week and on the day of the appointment no one showed and no one called.

I set up a third appointment (I would not have used them but again, the manufacturer chose this company) and Doug's appliance AGAIN did not call and did not show.

I scheduled a fourth appointment and Doug's appliance never showed, despite the fact that I called four times and left multiple messages. I spoke to the manager after my appointment was missed and he explained that they were just very busy.

When I explained my dissatisfaction with their 'customer service' he was extremely unapologetic and rude.

Do not waste your time with this company. Incompetent and unprofessional.

The ice marker on my new fridge stop. I was sent to Doug's Appliance,who promptly attended to the problem. serviceman was efficent, courteous & well prepared to handle the problem
