I visited Dr. Zeng one day after receiving a CAT scan that was ordered by my GP. Upon entry to his examination room I began to describe my symptoms. He interrupted me quickly and asked when I had the scan. The results were right there on his desk - this proved to me immediately that he had not reviewed my file. As I returned to my description of what I had been experiencing, again he cut me off. He had me to perform a couple of things - and then without deep consideration, made a life-altering proclamation without considering the facts. He was not thorough with me at all, nor was he respectful of my conversation/intellect. If I could give him "0" (zero) stars I would.
