Terrible WORK and terrible ATTITUDES of owner and employees.

I went to "Pro Nails" for the first time today. I normally have Gel applied to my nails. When the nail tech was finished; My nails were not even, the white tip was runny, my tips were rough and brittle, and the Gel had already started to peel before I left. I asked them to remove all of the gel from my nails (i did not have them re-do my nails because I was short on time, and the first Job was so bad; I highly doubt that the second time would be any type of improvment.) They would not re-fund my money even after I expressed to them that they may keep part of the amount because of the products that were used, but, to please refund me for the service. The owner responded with anger and disrespect (which was a bit over the top and unnecessary). All-in-all this has been the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Save yourself some time,money, and aggravation. Do not go there!!!
