My wife and I ordered subs with fries. First off, my wife's sandwich was supposed to be toasted, it wasn't. The fries were dry and cold. The food was terrible even down to the fountain drink that was flat. I would surely not recommend this restaurant to anyone. If I wouldn't have paid for it I wouldn't have eaten it

I travel alot from NY to Flor and back and I stop by Zenos every single time
And any thing i eat its allways great pizza alfredo strombolli sierra chicken .....

Nice and clean

I ordered the Lunch special from zenos for delivery to my place of employment. The special was a sub, chip n drink. The delivery driver did not bring my drink, after laying 13.75 for my order. I phoned the restaurant to get a credit for a drink for the next time I come to eat there. The cashier took my infor and said ok, only to call my job back 30 minutes later and state I wasn't charge for a drink and would have paid 6.99 for the lunch special with or without a drink even though the website clearly states drink included with the 6.99 lunch special. She went on to say the cashier didn't put drink on my ticket so I wasn't getting a drink. So because of the cashier error I was made to suffer, I asked. With her response as more or less a yes. How unprofessional is that? Along with false advertisement or flat out lie... Which is it.

Iwas traveling from Georgia going to new York and we spend night at country inn and every body recommend zeno its the best food i had in my life pizza is good they gat the best chicken Alfredo in my way back i will stop and have zeno's

The best chicken alfredo ever chicken broccoli is unblivable

Every thing is frish you can tell nice staf and realy clean

Zeno's is disgusting. In the window ceils you see countless dead flies and other insects. The food is overpriced and the wait staff is incredibly rude. Many times I was forced to eat here the wait staff would be in the smoking section flirting with their boyfriends and ignoring tables!
