I never had work done by them, however my car was accidentally towed to them. A mechanic called and was ready to quote me for an engine job $$$$. But I told him that my car was towed to the wrong shop and that the tow truck was coming to pick it up and take it to the correct mechanic. Long story short my mechanic got my car and when I went to pick it up he handed me a $10 repair bill. The car had ran out of gas. Just imagine if I would have left my car at atrex I would have been charge at least $1500 and my car probably would have broke down again due to some shotty job so that I would be charged again. In addition to that once my car got home my neighbor heard about my story and replied, "thank God you didn't get your car repaired there. I used to work there and they would purposely mess up cars to charge customers more."...smh.
