Horrible overall. Maintenance was awful, we had a ceiling leak that lead to mold growth in several parts of the apartment. Not properly sealed, constant bugs, fruit fly infestation (picture of traps which I kept three out always) from the cracks under the windows and door. Everything we did included fruit flies, it was a challenge to cook, much less eat in peace. Honestly with these conditions they should pay you $550 to live there and it still would not be worth it. A faulty dishwasher nearly caused a fire in our apartment and maintenance was very hard to get a hold of even on an emergency phone number. It was pitch black dark at night, we felt unsafe living there and no one ever fixed the outdoor light after over a year and half. The last straw was the drug addict neighbors and the stabbing that occured there. It was a very depressing place to live I'm so thankful we got away from there. There are much nicer apartments in lumberton to live in that's for sure.

It is a OK place if you can't afford somewhere better, just don't expect much. The maintenance is slow and you have to call several times about a problem before it gets fixed (unless your one of the favorites). The maintenance guy is nice but if you make him mad he'll cuss you. The kitchen is very small, you can do just about everything and not take a step. In the one bedroom you have to allow guests to go into your bedroom to use the restroom, I don't like that. I see people outside my door selling drugs, I have told management and they don't seem to care as long as they get their money at the first of the month (that's what they care about). This place really needs some updating and new coats of paint. Soon as I can afford it and my lease is up I'm out of here.
