Wanted a second opinion after taking my '13 Jeep Wrangler, with only 31k miles, to Jeep dealership. Asked Jim @ Luray Car Care to look it over and give me his opinion since I was told he knows JEEPS. Yes, he does! Fixed my problem (the dealership was wrong!) as well as another he found and installed a new front WARN bumper. Because it's a JEEP thing and Jim at Luray Car Care understands, he is now the proud mechanic of my two Jeep Wranglers! Thank you, Luray Car Care!

I have a 2004 40th Anniversary Edition Mustang GT with 37,000 original Miles on it. I have had the Technicians at Luray Car Care perform numerous performance modifications to my Mustang over the years and their work has been flawless. I won't let any other Mechanics touch my Mustang except those of Luray Car Care. In fact my entire family takes all of their vehicles to only Luray Car Care.

I was having transmission problems with my Toyota Tundra and could not afford the cost at the local Toyota dealership. I spoke to a service technician at Toyota and they said the only other place they could recommend was Luray Auto Center. The owner was a former master mechanic at Toyota for several years, and knew exactly what my truck needed.

Still nervous, I decided to take a chance and had towed it to Luray Auto Center.

In only a day my truck was finished and running flawless.

The customer service I received was easily the best and easiest I ever had or heard of. I had a “million” questions and not one time did they make me feel like they didn’t have time to answer them.

They also helped me save money on my tow because they had someone available that was ½ the cost of the company my insurance company suggested.



Not only do I recommend Luray Auto Center, they are now the ONLY place I will take any of my vehicles. They have exceeded my expectations, and that’s not usually something you hear about a service center.



At the end of the day, I saved hundreds of dollars by taking my truck here, and had better service and results than those who wanted “the extra money”
