Clean, Helpful, Friendly

I realize this store is brand new construction but the interior is well organized and exceptionally clean. I was recently there and used the self-checkout line. Within seconds, a young man appeared and started bagging my items and placing them in my cart. He was friendly with me, smiled, and seemed to genuinely enjoy his job....which is sometimes rare for a teenager. Overall, I'm very pleased with this Giant Grocery Store and will continue to shop there.

When I wanted to order a cake, no one was at the bakery or deli.

I went to the Service Desk and she told me someone was at the bakery. I asked her to show her to me. She went over with me to the bakery and no one was there.

She couldn't find anyone there so she started looking for an order form. Couldn't find one. o she wrote my order on a p[iece of paper. Two days later the store called and said they couldn't do what I ordered.
