Very weak customer service. When I started sending my clothes to J&J, I was fairly optimistic that this could be my new go-to cleaners. Then, I received a bunch of dress shirts back and they all had a big wrinkle or two in the chest area that were very noticeable.



I came in the next morning wearing one of the wrinkled shirts that they had cleaned for me and informed the owner of it. He took a look at the shirt and simply said "Huh, that shouldn't have happened." And that was it. He didn't offer to re-press any of the shirts or remedy the problem in any other way. I am in dress clothes every day and could have been a long term customer of theirs.



Needless to say, I never went back again.
