Nationwide's' actions states only one thing, they do not want repeat customers. I have had a number of customer service issues there. Even after bring it up to management, none of them were addressed, beyond a having phone conversation with the service manager. Now I will be bring the vehicle to Annapolis or Ellicott City infinity dealership,the next closest Infinity dealerships. Since I will be driving an hour to get my car serviced, my next vehicle will not be an Infinity.

My salesperson was awesome. The car (M37x) is very nice. However, they made a mistake on their contract, that I already signed. Went back to deliver 2 Titles for my 2 trades, and they made me wait over an hr, to tell me I needed to sign a new contract & I owed them $800 more. I asked to speak to a Mgr, & this Tool wanted to verbally spar. I have never been talked to in this way. if I didn't have two cars to bring home, I would have told him where he could shove the keys! Customer service is non existent. I would not recommend this dealership, or anything from this manager!
