Bought hearing aids 2 years ago at new store. Hearing aids work very well and cost was great. Recently had one aid sent back for repair, with repair estimated at one week. After one tried calling to see if it was received..I called 6 times over a six hour period. No one ever answered the phone or responded to messages I left. Finally called store administration and someone walked over. Craig called back an hour later, responded "that's good" when told about no reply over 6 hour period. Curtly replied we'll call you when we get it in and hung up. Great product, poor service! Beware

All new, store was build only one year ago.
