this Merchant told me that if I pay through insurance they would charge me $500. they encouraged me to use my credit card to pay for it. I listened and paid for it with my credit card and today I received a bill from the insurance company saying I owe $493 for this shoulder sling. Merchant billed me twice for this item that can be bought online for $20

This company tried to pull a fast one .I spoke to a lady I think her name was Christene and told her My Insurance fully covered a knee walker, and they told me that they are going to rent it to me. I explained to the receptionist ,why would I rent it if im fully covered, They for some reason do not want me to purchase it, I told them I do not want to rent it, Im fully covered. They are giving me such a hard time, and they have such bad attitudes in that office, That I had to write this review. They might want to resell the walker , That's why they wont let me buy it, They really need to start respecting customers and not taking them for some dummy.A Lack of respect and customer service .

At least one person that served me in that office was unethical and unscrupulous. I say "at least" because I sense others knew but turned a blind eye. He knowingly fitted me with the wrong product and the prices were insane. The one star is for their no nonsense acceptance of the returned product. I got a much cheaper and better product on Amazon. Disgraceful! Beware!
