The only reason I am putting 1 star is because you can only post wit a rating.

I am very disappointed with the service the company has provided. This morning the company called to inform us the driver will be 15 to 20 minutes late. In the past we have used this same company to transport my dad from our home to the Doctors office and was always charged $100. Now after being more than 15 minutes late mid-trip the driver was informed by their dispatch office to take the patient back to the house or pay $150.

The patient because of lateness was not allowed to see any of the Doctors. When I called the company explaining my dislike of treatment and requests to speak to manager I was told the manager is very busy. When I told them we want our money back and will go to court for it. We were told we can do that.
