Provided by YP.comGoing to a doctor can be frightening. When we go, we want our doctor to not only be knowledgable but make you feel at ease. We want this not only for ourselves but for our family. At LINA, formerly LKBN, there are six partners and they all have distinct personalities and all are extremely caring but for me, Dr. Mark Nelson deserves to be noted for his soft spoken, welcoming demeanor that has brought me back to the group as well as my nephew, sister, and 90 year old mother. Recently, I took my mother to see Dr. Nelson because she was having severe lower back pain. My mom has never had any real medical issues and this took us all by surprise. Dr. Nelson immediately took care of all my mothers issues and concerns and by the end of the day she had taken the tests she needed. The Principles of Medical Ethics indicate that A physician shall be dedicated to providing competent medical care, with compassion and respect for human dignity and rights and A physician shall, while caring for a patient, regard responsibility to the patient as paramount. Dr. Nelson and the his fellow partners exemplify what competency, compassion, and holding their patients care as paramount. I am happy to be back and feel safe and secure that my family will be well taken care of .
