I didn’t have an appointment.Went with a friend.My observations….. bathroom left a lot to be desired.The fan was VERY loud.No toilet paper holder.No paper towel holder.appointment was actually at 4:30. Got mixed up and thought it was at 9.Received reminder txt at 8:35.We were already there, signed in and sat there while other patients were called back.No one said anything to my friend.Finally went to desk to see why.I asked if they were going to let him sit there til 4:30.Said she had been busy and hadn’t had a chance to look him up in the system.Even though the 2 names after had been scratched off. She went back to see if my friend could be seen now. He could so he got checked in. Didn’t wait long before he was called back.I waited in waiting room.It was FREEZING.Friend came out after about half an hour.we went out, my friend was very irritated.Said they took lots of X-rays.said they just kept taking them.Told him he had periodontal disease and would have to come every 3 mo for deep periodontal cleaning.Said he needed a bridge.They did not clean his teeth.Dentist came in and looked at his teeth. Told him everything looked good and to keep doing whatever he was doing. So, which is it, he needs all this work, or he doesn’t?His other dentist never said anything about periodontal disease or his needing a bridge.Only switched Dentists because last one closed.might be looking for another. Not impressed at all with this office.
