The staff are fantastic. Very friendly. The other vets I have been to (animal hospital of Lynchburg and diamond hill) are ok, but here they are a step above the rest. My dog had an issue that needed to be addressed right away. I was freaking out and they took us within the hour. They explained everything to me as it was happening. I knew what was going on the whole examination. They were gentle with my dog. Very friendly people! They made me feel so at ease. They also sat down and laid out the prices upfront, they didn't just do something and charge me for it. I will definitely use them again.

I have taken 8 dogs over a 30 yr period to Dr Case and staff. I have always found them to be an extremely knowledgeable and caring group. I have always boarded my dogs there as well. Beth runs a terrific kennel and the dogs are never scared or apprehensive about going there. I would highly recommend them.

I consider myself very lucky to have Dr. Case and Dr. McConnell and the staff at Boonsboro Animal Hospital for the care of my three Standard Poodles. All three are active dogs who compete in a variety of sports, and their fitness and soundness is of paramount importance to me. I have complete confidence that no matter what I bring them, they will do whatever research is necessary to give us state-of-the-art care and keep me involved every step of the way. I attribute all my dogs' good health, quality of life and longevity to the care we've gotten at Boonsboro Animal Hospital over these past 28.5 years.

Jude, our 18 month old Golden Retriever, loved staying in this kennel. He is somewhat separation anxious and we hesitated to leave him for the first time. He was given a complimentary examination. When we picked him up 4 days later, he came home with a note saying they loved him, he was "goofy" and he made 2 new friends. We will definitely board him there in the future. The staff was friendly and interested in his well being both physically and emotionally.

We have used Boonsboro Animal Hospital for 12 years and they have been always professional and courteous to us and our two pets. I have in-trusted my cocker spaniel and my cat who are my babies to them numerous times through out the years and they always did above and beyond for them. I would recommend them to any pet lover who wants a good Vet.
