WebsiteDr. Skyler grew up in Dallas, Texas. He received his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of North Carolina. He completed his pediatric internship and residency at John Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He joined our practice in 1999 and has been recognized with several awards for â??Best Bedside Manner.â?? Dr. McCurley is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He competes in Ironman triathlons, runs ultra-marathons, and likes to spend time cooking and reading. He has four children who, he says, have taught him more about pediatrics than any book or hospital.

Provided by YPmobileWe have been using F Read for less than a year. We love our pediatrician, but the wait is unacceptable. We have a new baby and having to wait more than an hour to see the doctor is completely unacceptable. My time and my child's time should be more valued. We have even in the office for a scheduled appointment for up to 3 hours! I have never had an appointment shorter than 1.5 hours and the time with the doctor is never more than 20 minutes. That leaves me in the room trying to comfort, food, soothe, nap, entertain an infant for over an hour. I will be going elsewhere!
