My husband and I have been going to this Hardee's about twice a week for about 10 months. When we first started going there it was very nice. The staff was friendly, the service good and the eating area was kept very clean and supplied with items needed, napkins, salt and pepper, and THE TABLES WERE PROMPTLY WIPED! There was a senior citizen lady that took very good care of this area. Sometime ago I noticed that she was no longer there and I asked about her. I believe one of the staff told me she had a fall and was having some problems and was not sure she would be back.



Recently we have noticed a huge difference in the way the restaurant is run and its lack of cleanliness. It is hard to find a table that does not have crumbs on it. We have to ask for the table to be wiped. The service is very slow, and it appears the place is understaffed.

The last time we were there, there was a long wait. A man was there working on a fryer or some appliance and was taking his lunch break, I believe. There was a mop and a bucket leaning against the rail across from the ordering counter. Not very appertizing!



We have decided not to go there again. We did go to the Hardee's on Candler's Mtn. Rd. It was very nice and the people we very friendly. It is not as convenient for us to go there and we probably won't go as often, We are sorry about the one on Timberlake Rd.
