They slashed my tire.



Yep. You read that right. I was recommended Harris Tire by a friend. I went with a flat tire on my back driver's side tire. They were too busy the first day so I went back in the morning. I was there for ten minutes and they came and told me that the front passenger tire was also flat. That just seems like a pretty rare occurence to me. Two tires in 24 hours on total opposite sides of the car? I went with it anyway and asked if they were going to put on the same tires that were already on my car. They said they had never heard of my type of tires. A tire place. That had never heard of my tires. What?



I should mention that I'm a 21 year old girl that knows nothing about cars. Easy to take advantage of, but I'm not stupid. If Harris Tire really did SLASH my tire's sidewall than this is a serious, serious concern. Do not EVER go here.

This place is very dishonest. I had my brand new (to me) vehicle inspected here. The employee who inspected it damaged the bumper. I had called earlier to see if it was done, but no one mentioned the damage then. I go to pick it up, and an employee runs out to let me know of the damage. I called, visited, and spoke with managers for months on end. It is nearly a year later and I still have not heard from their insurance company which they assured me would contact me. Don't ever go here as this isn't the first instance I've heard of dishonest dealings and jacked-up prices.
