Pathetic. embarrassing. I dropped my laptop off January 24 for a simple screen repair. Its now February 26 and they STILL haven't fixed it. I was made to pay $45 upfront and the total repair costs were supposed to be around $165. After a Month of frustration I decided to take my laptop elsewhere. The manager said they could NOT refund my original deposit. After arguing with the guy, he tells me "sorry kid." MY LAPTOP IS STILL BROKEN. As a college student I don't have a lot of money. They performed no service for me whatsoever, and had the nerve to tell me they couldn't refund my $45. Most classless, useless repair shop ive ever dealt with. Please don't waste your time AND money going to these guys

Great pricing and they even come pick it up from you and deliver it back to you. Fast, friendly service. Again, great pricing! Seems like this is a national company that contracts the work out to local computer techs...Either way, works well for me :) They fixed my computer. It ended up having the same problem again, but this was due to it being a classic Dell sucks problem rather than a tech problem.

Scott was great! He picked up my computer, came back to get another part, and delivered my computer within 2 days. Very polite young man. Works weekends and evenings! The other places wanted to charge a lot more for what Scott did. He performed diagnostics and cleaned out all the viruses for $60. Give him a shot; you won't be disappointed.

I actually brought my computer to their old location on Wards Road across from the WalMart, but they have since moved to a larger location. I learned that the hard way and had to call to get directions to their new office which is near the Food Lion on 221. They do great work and I've got a few friends that have also used them for personal and business work and they are also satisfied.

This guy is listed here on yp and in a lot of other places as being at this address, which is and always has been a Christian bookstore. When I call him, he is "getting" a store... and he wants to come to my home. Since he has lied about everything else, I definitely don't want him in my home.

When my computer was giving me trouble my friend told me I should call these computer technicians. She was right- they were great! Right from the start they were really friendly and made me feel comfortable. They were very knowledgeable and fixed my computer right up. I haven't had any problems since, but if I do I definitely plan to call them again!‎

I was having some problems with my computer and I heard about this company so I decided to call them up. I'm so glad I did! They fixed my computer right up and it is still working great. If I ever need help with my computer in the future I will be using them again. They also gave me some great recommendations for a new computer setup I'm considering.
