The women up front were extremely polite and the lobby wait time was less than 30 minutes. However, I waited in the patient room for 20 minutes only to see the same doctor who had seen my daughter a month before. Phillip Roberts told me my daughter had allergies and prescribed her cetirizine. I took her to a REAL doctor and she ended up having a virus that needed antibiotics quickly so it did not get infected. When I saw Phillip Roberts walk in I knew what to expect. He took a total of 5 seconds to examine me. Did not do a strep test, blood work, or anything. He told me I had allergies and prescribed me cetirizine. I went to my doctor today and the diagnosis was pink eye, sinus infected, and two major ear infections. This doctor is a joke. He was rude and belittling, not to mention he was was coughing and blowing his nose as if he had a cold. I will never return and I will never recommend anyone go to this MedExpress for any reason. It is a waste of time.
