I called this business to inquire about a dishwasher repair, and although I live beyond the limits of his service area, Brendon spent time on the phone with me helping to diagnose the problem and reaching the decision to replace vs. repair. This assistance was much appreciated and I recommend Reliable Home Appliance Repair to anyone in the Lynchburg area.

Excellent service, COVID compliant and very professional. Serviced my 12 year old whirlpool side by side refrigerator that was having temperature issues and not making ice. Had me up and running in 30 minutes after a part change out. Need to come back as it did not fully resolve the ice issues. Returned within a day and after thoroughly troubleshooting the problem. Found the cause and once again quickly remedied the situation. Knowledgeable and took his time giving all of his attention to my concerns. Explained as he went along and never answered his phone or looked at the time. Thank you Brendon for an honest and reliable service experience.

I called this business because my 3 year old GE washing machine was having issues with NOT spinning each time on each cycle. He came out first time was there 15 minutes, reset something on washer and charged $120. Did not fix the problem. I scheduled another visit because he guarantees his work for 30-60 days. He looked at washer again, thought it was the actuator(sp). He ordered and came over when it came in. Replaced the part on a Thursday. Didn't use machine until Sunday, still didn't work. Same problems. I texted him to let him know the part did not fix problem and I was just going to purchase a new washer. No response. Nice guy, but couldn't fix my young washer. Called another repair person yesterday and he was very helpful just on the phone in helping me decide what it could be. His service charge would have been half of Reliable home appliance.

Very quick to respond, very knowledgeable, got the job done and did it well and great prices. He went above and beyond and really helped us out. Thanks again!!

I was so surprised when Brenden from Reliable Home Repair could come the same day that I call him to repair my refrigerator and he was on time! He was professional, neat, and diagnosed the problem immediately. He saved me $150 as I was told I needed a new motor which I did not. Don't hesitate to call Brenden. He is - as the name of his company - reliable and honest.

Brenden just left and not only did he fix our washing machine, he also took time to look at our fridge and work on that. Super friendly, professional and great work. Will definitely use him again!

Because of the great reviews on this site, I decided to give Brendan a call. He came to our home the next day and diagnosed the problem with my front-loading dryer. Unfortunately, it was a major part that needed to be replaced by ordering. I appreciated Brendan's flat fee and that he didn't charge by time spent, as our issue was complicated and took a while. He returned as soon as the part was in and did a great job. I will definitely use Brendan again for any appliance repai
