I took my wedding dress in to be cleaned 10 months ago (July 2012). I kept calling to check the status and they kept putting me off. Finally I had enough and demanded my dress. They told me it would be ready the next day. When I went in to pick it up I explained to the gal that 10 months was too long of a time, and they should give people a time frame. She said that we stated that it was not urgent. Which my husband did say. We assumed that it wouldn't be 10 months. It would have been longer had I not called and demanded it back. She stated that they are busy because it's prom and wedding season. They had it all fall, winter and most of the spring. All she said was sorry. I will never use them again.
