Provided by YP.comI called the office 5 times yesterday to get my mothers prescription refilled...With a receptionist telling me that someone would call me in a little bit....becoming a all day situation.......My mother is 90 years old and I have had problems two previous times refilling her medication with this facility.....I spoke to two people getting no satisfaction.....Dr.Ambrosio owner of the facility called me yelling at me that I was abusing his staff by calling and looking for resolution....he never asked me why I had to call 5 times....If I were him I would be questioning my staff as to why a person would be calling 5 times and not gotten any resolution......and I have had problems in the past getting my mothers medication when his receptionist had told me numerous times that the prescription was sent to the pharmacy and after a whole day of calling the pharmacy and being told that they never sent it in....calling the office to please send it again....only to find out at the end of a complete day that the receptionist never sent in any meds as she said she did....to changing her story and stating that she was sorry that she gave me the wrong information.....Really!!!! All day!!! Ridiculous.....Dr.Ambrosio continued to repeat about 50 or better times to not call and abuse his staff.....also stating that he is the owner of the facility and he never met me.....and possibly I may be looking for the medication for myself!!! Is he for real!! Also continued to say that my mother 90 years old should go to his office for a follow up.....Again highly insensitive to elderly people’s needs....in a time where we are dealing with a pandemic.....he doesn’t care about exposing an elderly person to cross contamination....and to have compassion for there needs....No he said she could find another doctor!!! Really!!! Shame on him!!!!

Provided by YP.comIf i could, I'd rate it with 0 stars. The doctor I saw did not seem too professional. He used the phrase "uhhh" and "hmmm" a lot. In the end, he prescribed me antibiotics and told me he would send in the prescription to Walgreens (I wrote the address and phone number on the forms). This was around 6:30pm. I went to Walgreens around 8:30 and there was no record of a prescription being sent in. I was unable to reach anyone at the First Care clinic because it was after 8, the time they close. I called them the next day to see what went wrong and a lady rudely told me it was sent in already, so it must be something wrong on Walgreens end. She then said she would call Walgreens to confirm the prescription. After work I called Walgreens to make sure it was there and the lady told me no one has called or sent in a prescription. This was at 7:30pm so I called and got the answering machine service. So I rushed to the clinic to get there before 8pm and it was already closed. (picture proof)
Extremely disappointed in their service and their "urgency" for an emergency situation. It seems that the other reviewers have only negative things to say. So, thanks for the lesson learned: always check the reviews before choosing a new medical service provider.

Provided by YP.comThe staff is extremely rude and inconsiderate. Only go here for urgent care type situations, otherwise avoid due to the staff. The doctors and physician's assistants are, but certainly not great, and definitely not good enough to outweigh the staff.

Provided by YP.comI came to this place because I had severe back pain. As I walked into the office, I limped to the front desk. I signed my name, and handed the lady my insurance card. Her responce was to "Have a seat and when I CALL YOU, YOU CAN SHOW ME YOUR CARD." (There was only one other patient in the room) (I am a 50 year old man while the lady herself is about 20) I nodded and took my seat. About 5 minutes later, the lady screams, "EXCUSE ME. EXCUSE ME. I SAID EXCUSE ME.I CANNOT READ YOUR SCRIBBLE AND CANNOT PRONOUNCE YOUR NAME." I limped back to the desk, and handed her my driving license, in hopes that maybe she would be able to read that. She looked at my license, and asked me where I lived. I am pretty sure that my driving license contains that information. When I said this, she told me not to be rude, because she was doing her job and that if I were rude, she would call the police. After that, she told me to get out, and then pointed at my son and told him to get "that thing" ("that thing" being me) out of here. I am wondering how this company hired such rude people to "take care" of the ill and pained. I am pretty sure those who hired these people are exactly the same vicious, impolite and rude creatures who practice the same thing.

Provided by YPmobileEven if you are the only patient, they make you wait for hours. Go somewhere else. They don't care.

Provided by YP.comcut my finger on Sunday.. Bleeding was pretty bad. It was 2:30 and the door was locked. Minutes later the staff came out and I asked where I could go for treatment (I was alone) someone yelled "verona" and kept walking to their cars. 4 or 5 of them ran out and couldn't care less how I was or if I needed assistance. Health care professionals???? don't thing so
