We left the daycare and educational center due moving to a new home but they will truly be missed. They are not only a daycare but educate your child above and beyond what you would find in any other day. I am so disappointed in the new ones.

The director is always welcoming to my daughter and our family. My family has been with Hillcrest for a few months now and the experience has been great. My daughter is always happy to go to school and the staff are nice. ms. Christina (the director) has always been accommodating and listens to our concerns with care. I trust my daughter with Hillcrest completely when I go to work!!!

My son has been at this school since day number ONE! He was the very first student there. I've never left my children at a daycare at such a young age before but once I met Christina(the owner/director), I instantly felt comfortable. She was very attentive to my son's needs and he IS VERY NEEDY! With his very sensitive skin and food allergies, she made sure everything was done exactly like I asked. Even now, as the school has grown with plenty of children and such a friendly, caring staff, my son is still very well taken care of! He loves all his teachers! Sometimes I have to carry him out crying because he doesn't want to leave. I also love the fact that despite having other teachers there, Christina is still very hands on with the kids and its great. The student/teacher ratio is also very small so you get very personal attention. The kids aren't just shuffled around and with less kids in a school, the less chances for my son to get sick. This has been a wonderful experience!! We love Hillcrest Preschool <3

We love this school! My daughter has improved leaps and bounds by being at the school...she used to come home telling us about all the science experiments they do at school and new words and skills! The lead teaching staff all have bachelor's degrees (wow!) and the director has a master's degree(wow!) We've recently moved out of the area due to my husband's jobs, and have yet to find another school that is as educational, loving, and structured as Hillcrest. If you are looking for a quality preschool in the Lyndhurst area, look no more!



I guess it's true, you don't realize what you have until you loose it...and we miss Hillcrest so much!!!

My son has been enrolled here since May 2012. He started in the infants' room and is now in the "Zebras" class with the other 2-3 year old children. We could not have imagined a better experience when we first started looking for a daycare provider.



The director, Ms.Christina, runs an incredible, safe and clean school and has a wonderful staff. The days are well organized, providing a perfectly structured learning environment that really works -- my son has learned so much in such a short time frame. It seems like every week he has learned something new! In fact, we get weekly assessments of his progress, including emotional status, activity preferences, who he likes to play with, and a summary of the classroom activities and things they learned throughout the week. (This is in addition to the daily reports that come home with him, detailing how much he ate, how long he napped, and when he had diaper changes.) This kind of communication is just one of the many things we love about the school!



All things considered, Hillcrest Preschool and Daycare is a dream come true for our family, and I always feel confident that my son is safe, happy, and well-cared for when I drop him off for the day.
