I'd just like to take a moment to tell everyone that I have been a customer of Levys for several years now. I've moved far away and still take the time to travel to Levys due to excellent customer service, always having any and all my prescriptions on time (very quickly even if I stay and wait), Yolanda and Sue are some of the kindest, most knowledgable, helpful pharmacists I've ever known. I've been to several pharmacies before and NONE COMPARE TO THE EXCELLENCE AND PERFECTION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN LEVYS! They really care about their customers and for that I am forever grateful! Thanks to all Pharmacists and all the wonderful staff at Levys. I will forever be a customer, Happy Holidays & Have a blessed New Year.

My husband had just gotten out of the hospital and the pharmacy was about to close but I ran in at the last second and the pharmacist stayed and filled his prescriptions she was so nice and helpful!! It was a holiday weekend! The best in customer service as far as I'm concerned!

This business gets an "F" in customer service. I called them simply to find out of they had a drug in stock. Unlike approximately 20 other pharmacies who provided me that information over the phone, this pharmacy refused. They said that in order to find out the answer to my question, I would have to personally appear at the pharmacy and ask them that question in person. I even offered to provide them my prescription number for this medication and the name of the doctor who wrote the prescription but they still refused. Apparently, if there is a way to make things more difficult for customers, this pharmacy will find it. If there were a medication that provided "common sense" and an understanding of good "customer service," I recommend that this pharmacy begin administering it to all of their employees.
