Shipped my broken phone OVERNIGHT on 16th back to Motorolla. Today, the 18th still NO proof the item has scanned or even left the building yet!! What? How can that be for overnight? It was 2pm. Did someone steal my phone or what? Still waiting for a response.

that this is the poorest excuse for a fedex delivery service that I have EVER had the displeasure of being forced to use(companies that use only FEDEX for shipping). I have used FEDEX service for years in Kentucky and Georgia with no worries. Since retiring and moving to Panama City Beach working with this FEDEX has been a complete experience of inefficiency. The name FEDEX guarantees a certain level of professionalism in shipping or receiving..........except in the Lynn Haven, FL office. You guys would be better served with closing this office and delivering a day late, since that is the case anyway. NO effort is made for quality delivery in any way. I always opt for UPS or USPS if given the option. And everyone else should too.
