This is my opinion. Not furnished unless the person passes away and no one comes to get their belongings. Fridge stove, kinda working. Do yourself a favor and pass this place up. Or save your self years of harassment, do not speak to any staff alone in a room. Make sure you always have some one with you that is there for you when you have any meeting because you will find you did something wrong sooner or later. The listing about anything they offer as amenities or programs is bs and they always has some reason they don't offer what is listed or they make excuses why they are not doing them. Well 90 percent of the listing is for other buildings they work with and combine the programs so it looks like they offer them here also. Make sure you video paying your rent when you drop it off in the rent box. Make sure you have extra air fresheners for your apartment door because the stench of trash gets 1000 percent worse the hotter it gets in the hallways..
