I have used Magrane Travel on a couple of occasions. Brian has always listened to my goals, made excellent suggestions and tailored an outstanding trip. His service is excellent.

On one occasion while I was on a trip the municipal workers in Venice announced they were going to hold a one day strike the following day. As luck would have it I was to fly to Venice on that day, so my flight would have been canceled. While I had no clue of the impending strike, Brian was on the ball. He had no way to contact me, but left several messages for me at my hotel in London. By the time I returned to my hotel he had made contingency plans for my trip. I was impressed, because even after selling me my travel, he was watching how my trip was progressing and was there to help when a problem arose. Even before I new there was a problem Brian had a solution. That kind of service is priceless.
