The company s cheeses include extra-sharp, sharp and mild cheddar; Father Time's extra-sharp premium cheddar; Father Time's premium marbleized cheddar, extra-sharp washed curd; longhorn style mild Colby; low sodium cheddar; monterey jack; monterey jack with jalape o peppers; colby-jack; muenster and swiss. The company also markets a complete line of dips and flavored sour creams, as well as horseradish, cocktails sauce, horseradish mustard and a mustard sauce. Heluva Good Cheese is headquartered in Sodus, N.Y., and maintains facilities in Albany and Wolcott, N.Y., Charlton, Mass., Youngstown, Ohio, Allentown, Pa., Richmond, Va., and Bristol, Tenn. The company is part of the Crowley Foods family of brands owned by HP Hood LLC, Chelsea, Mass.
