I want to especially thank the delivery team who noticed my outlet was broken. I would not have noticed. With their information I was able to call an electrician and replace the outlet. Thank them for saving me from a possible fire situation in the future. I am totally going to use Albert Lee for all my appliance needs.

Excellent service from information gathering phase through delivery. We had previously purchased appliances from Albert Lee and were pleased enough to return for this purchase of a replacement refrigerator.

I spoke first With Geoff and he was extremely helpful! My husband and I decided to go back to purchase from him when we were ready. On the day we were ready I called and asked for Geoff who was unfortunately off that day. Another salesperson was equally gracious and I told him I wanted to credit Geoff for the sale because he had been so terrific. This sales person was totally understanding and managed the sale equally well. I was completely delighted by my entire sales experience at Albert Lee Appliance!

We have bought several appliances from Kevin and have always been pleased with his service. It's rare to find a sales person that actually seems to care about the customer at most places, but Kevin is very helpful and we trust him. Also, always pleasant!

We have been very happy with the delivery people too. And love that you give a 90 minute window and show up on time.

Renae was great to talk to. She gave me a price I could not refuse without asking for it. Free delivery to my area, free installation, and free haul away. What more did I want? I had her run my card right away before she changed her mind. :) Happy with my experience and will be going back when I need to. PS. installation guys were great and professional. I am a happy camper til this washer needs service of course. :)

I came in to look at and hopefully purchase a 30 inch cook top. I was impressed with Renae's knowledge and professionalism enough to purchase the hood at the same time. I am sure we will be very happy with our choices and would certainly do business with her again.

Geoff Robbins was knowledgeable and thorough about the products. Easy to work with, with wonderful customer treatment/service. Their drivers delivered the product right on schedule and took great care as to product condition, etc., to eliminate any future "problems".

I was surprised that the Saleslady didn't know anything about delivery to Whidbey island. However she was very quick about getting the correct info and costs and explained everything perfectly. I knew kind of what I was looking for. As she and I discussed my cooking habits and features I was looking for, I felt like both items were exactly what I was looking for. I don't think she tried to steer me to different ranges with additional features that I didn't need. Thank you Renae!

Can't say enough positive and I'd be surprised if you get much feedback otherwise. A former small businessman myself, its very apparent AL is very well run, understands their customers & how to treat them.

We spent three years buying a pitiful $11K worth of appliances from Kevin Eddy. At the end of our first visit I decided I would purchase from Kevin due to his manner and the way he treated us; this would be in despite of his/AL's competitiveness. A couple of years later I happened to run into several of the items he\'d quoted us on in Home Depot and checked the pricing; 10 to 15% higher!!! A great guy, classy outfit and the best prices. I'm surprised anyone else bothers to sell appliances; sooner or later Albert Lee will have all the bussiness!!!!

Great service and fast delivery. Can't ask for more than that! And unlike the folks at Home Depot your sales associate Pat knew that 30" door frame was NOT a problem if the doors were removed from the fridge. So I ended up with the fridge I wanted thanks to your salesperson. Will recommend Albert Lee to anyone who asks me!
