Provided by YP.comI had a Bad experience here. After calling and talking to employees and headquarters and everyone pretty much telling me the whole thing was my fault, I reached out on Facebook. The next day the Direct manager contacted me, I talked to her about my issue, she was very polite and went WAY above any beyond to make sure I was taken care of. She turned the whole thing around and I am taken back with how awesome she was. Kudos to her, because I was sure I was never going to to business there again. and my mind has been completely changed.

Provided by YP.comI set an appointment for Joe on 11/23/2013 at 4:15pm. Joe showed up 10 minutes early and spoke to a gentleman who greeted him but when one of the ladies over heard Joe’s name, she discarded everything Joe had told the gentleman and said he was a new customer. Joe confused by this went ahead and picked out his glasses to minimize the time that he would be there.
He waited for 2+ hours to see the doctor with no one mentioned to him why he had to wait as he watched people come and go after he was checked in. Joe is far too shy to go ask questions so he just patiently waited. Once he was called back to the see the doctor, the doctor was quite nice and offered him the HD lenses free.
When he went to check out, they asked him for $204. He stated that they were to call me for the payment information. The lady said she knew nothing about it and it was not noted in the file. Joe told her that I had discussed it all with Mark and she stated that Mark was not there. They never called me so he used his own phone to call me. I was in the shower but would have been available in just a few minutes to speak with someone. They NEVER called me.
I called on Monday to talk to Mark about the payment as well as the experience Joe had. Mark first stated that all the patients were told that it would be a long wait because there was a medical emergency earlier. Then when I asked why people came in after Joe, were seen and left before he was even seen, he stated he didn’t think that happen but he would have to ‘check the paperwork’. I asked why they tried to charge him $204 – he stated that was the ‘upgraded package’ but Joe’s order clearly stated what he and I talked about. I told him that the lady that checked Joe out said she didn’t have any notes on it as well as stating that Mark was not there. Mark stated he was there until 8:30pm that night doing paper work. I asked Mark if Joe was going to get the HD lenses as the doctor promised. Mark said he would never approve of such a thing.
I will admit thru this phonecall Mark was not apologetic only sounded annoyed that I questioned him. This irritated me so I gave him the payment information, I told him I would make sure every one knew what how horrible the customer service was and told him I was done with the conversation and hung up.
I emailed Connie again and she replied that she had talked to Mark and he agreed to give Joe the upgraded lenses as he was promised and again apologized for Joe’s experience at the store.
Fast forward Dec 16th: Still no call the glasses were ready to be picked up. Joe’s wife called to ask and is put on extended hold 3 times with each time the person on the phone picked up and asked the patients name. When they finally got on the phone and told her the glasses had been in for a few days then hung up on her.
Joe went in to get his glasses and this time was treated well. He was met by a nice young lady; she helped fit his glasses as well as tightened screws in the person that took him to get the glasses.
BUT he did not get the upgraded lenses! I have just emailed Connie again after I got a copy of the receipt from Joe to send and we will see where this goes but I don’t trust anyone at this company at this time. I would not recommend this store if it was the last place on earth to get glasses / contacts.
I would go to WalMart which I once thought was the worst customer service in the US but now consider this to be “America's Worst"

Provided by YPmobileFriction!! If you are okay with not having your time valued and being asked to jump through endless hoops to get a pair of glasses this is a place for you!! After 6 months they require you to have another eye exam to refill your contact prescription. Who has time to come every 6 months to just get contacts. I suggest buying a years worth then coming back for a annual exam. From a customer service point of view they don't care much about your time or the friction they cause.
