You will be sorry. They treated me like crap.They also have no knowledge of the product and no clue how th to do their jobs and the management could care less.Save yourself the trouble don't go!!!!!!

Unfriendly staff and poor service. When you need help, you have to interrupt them... they never proactively ask. When you ask where something is, they point instead of walking you over.



I love the selection, and the products, but the service stinks... go to frys or some other place instead.

Great selection of electronics and gaming. Good selection of music and movies.

Don't call the Lynnwood store in the evening.I asked to to speak to a computer associate about an item from the sales ad and to see if it was in stock.Half way through asking, I was put on HOLD. After 10 minutes on HOLD, I hung up and redialed. The dept. phone rang close to 30 times before I hung up.I called back and asked to speak to the manger on duty. I was transfered and the phone rang and rang for 10 full minutes without an answer. I called back and and the mangers phone rang without an answer.I then called back again and was told that the manger was with a customer and could not talk to me. I called back, 5 minutes later and was told the same thing. "The manger was with a customer and could not talk to me".IS THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE - I DON'T THINK SO - STARTING FROM MANAGEMENT ON DOWN TO THE ASSOCIATES.Maybe during the day, the service is better?????? Just not in the evenings!!!!!!
