6 Months. I have been requesting parts and service for 6 months. They always answer the phone, they are always polite and they always project a sense of urgency. They never provide either parts or service. I understand an occasional delay in service calls but 6 months? I regret having purchased equipment from these people. The equipment is fine, the service is non-existant.
