i got engaged and was excited to start looking for my wedding dress. my friend got her wedding dress at David's Bridal so i figured it was a good place to start. when i first walked through the doors i was ignored. i didn't think much of it cause they had two other girls in front of me so i decided to browse in their sight while i waited. 20 minutes had past and someone finally came to me and asked if i had liked anything. i pointed out a couple dresses that i liked. one dress was $99. one was little over $100. and the last one was $600. and she said she would send someone from the back to help me. the lady came and seemed nice at first. i tried on the three dresses and i really liked the $99 dress. not because of the price but i really did like how it looked. but she pushed it away and forced the $600 dress on me. and while i was changing she barges in while i'm half naked i scrambled to cover myself up but she didn't seem to be considerate of the fact that i don't like being naked in front of people especially people that i don't know. as i was trying on the $600 i said the dress was beautiful but it was uncomfortable and tight and would be unpractical for my wedding considering i would be wearing it for hours. she waved my concern off like it was no big deal. as i was trying to change back into my clothes she comes back in with another dress and doesn't even give me a chance to get my arms up she just throws it over my head and says "i want you to try this one on. its $499 but if you buy it today you can have it for $399" i really didn't appreciate her pushing the dresses at me. but i tried it on. it didn't wow me so i wanted to change and leave. she seemed unhappy that i wanted to leave and wasn't going to buy the dress. but i really didn't appreciate how pushy she was. i can guarantee you that i will not be buying my wedding dress from DB.

Went in for a wedding dress they never measured me got a stain on my dress said it was me when I never had the dress yet ordered wrong size lied that it wasnt in yet reordrerd it got it a day before my wedding were gonna leave me to put it on alone when its a corsett I can go on like a book long they screwed up more than 7 times put me in tons of stress I shouldve never went here o and wanted to send it home in a clear flimsy bag ha! Idiots I spent 500 dollars on my dress I deserve respect And good customer service I dont reccomend stepping a foot in this place itll put u through hell

I hate this place. Ordered six bridesmaids dresses from here and still treated like crap from the manager. Had two dresses on hold and were wrong size. The manager would only give me store credit, refused refund even though right on receipt it says you can return but forfeit a 10% restocking fee. Total consumer fraud. I will never shop here again even though I have this stupid store credit. I feel uncomfortable when I walk in. I read thru internet and all bad reviews. Only shop here if you don't want customer service, they don't care about you.
