First, know that "lifetime warranty" really means 7 years. When I called 3-4 years ago about a broken leg-lift on the recliner couch, I was told the "owner" would need to call me back... I am still waiting for that call. When I called again about another piece breaking, I was told it was too late for the warranty. They don't stand behind their workmanship, they don't offer good customer service. Don't be fooled by the showroom.
