They were very disorganized and horrible at responding to calls. They seemed to only care about sales. I went in to discuss just a trade to see what their customer service would be with out the incentive of a sale(but I was looking for an SUV for my wife). After talking with the sales manager and getting a commitment on a price, he promised that someone would call me back the next morning. It took 3 days, 3 calls and 2 text before I even got a call back. I will never do business with them, if this is how they treat customers when it's not a sale.

I recently had my car serviced at Kuni Westside Infiniti, and what a pleasant experience. First of all, as a single women, I sometimes feel "taken advantage" of, and not always sure I need the additional services that are suggested. This dealerships service department made me feel comfortable and confident that they were taking care of me. From the minute I arrived I was welcomed by their friendly, courteous staff. I was made to feel like they cared about my vehicle as much as I do. The cleanliness of the service department was unbelievable and the red carpet service made me feel special. I'll definitely be going back whenever I need service done on either of my vehicles, and I recommend to everyone - whether you drive an Infiniti or not!
