Provided by YPmobileWe have been taking our cars to K.C. Martin for years. They are very good at estimating how long the repair will take. They give you an estimate before work begins, unless you give them prior authorization. They seem very knowledgeable. We have never had to take back a vehicle that didn't get fixed the first time. When you pick up the vehicle, they explain everything that they did, as well as the charges. They also let you know if you have other work they recommend. Fees seem reasonable. They even let me take a loaner car when a part didn't arrive as expected, and they needed the car an additional day. Customer service is excellent.

Provided by YP.comI made an appointment two days in advance to have my jeep serviced. All I needed was to have the differentials, transfer case, and transmission serviced. I dropped the car off at about 9:30 in the morning and they said they would call when it was ready. When I was ready to leave work at about 4:45 PM they hadn't called so I called them. They hadn't even begun the work. I was outraged. It's not as though I dropped in unannounced. I had an appointment yet they didn't bother to do the work on my car. When I arrived to pick up my car a few minutes later it was exactly where I had left it at 9:30 that morning and they didn't bother to offer any explanation for not doing the work. When I told them I would tell everyone I know about their failure the older man said "Thank you very much".

Provided by YP.comThese guys are the best! They told us when we really didn't need work, and when to save our money as well as doing terrific work on both cars when necessary. They can always get you in, and they call you exactly when they say they will. Everybody in Lynnwood and Edmonds goes here and that's why.
I never go to the dealer, even though one car is still under warranty.

Provided by YP.comI brought my car in to get a tune up, turned out that I needed some work done on the EGR valve. I was then told my service engine light wouldn't come back on. An hour after leaving, it came back on. About three weeks later I brought it back in for a free cleaning of the EGR valve when they decided to tell me then I needed a new one. I took it to a friend of mine, who poped it off, they never cleaned it. Plus my car has been leaking anti-freeze ever since the tune up. When picking my car up, no one knew where it was. It took about 20 minutes to find my car. Then about a week later I was washing my car, and someone had backed into it or backed something into it.
