I've been going to CrossFit at Local's Gym for 4 years. The gym is huge, well stocked and clean. The coaches are top notch. The members are really friendly and have become more like a family. I'm fully addicted. I look forward to each and every workout, no matter how tough it looks. Come drink the kool aid! You'll be hooked.
