I have been going to this place for many years. I don't go there every week, but I go there at least every few months and spend almost 100 dollars each time. The service keep getting down each time I visit. It seems like the owner only cares if you go there every week otherwise she has no respect. I can't believe I put up with her rudeness for many years. This is America, you need to respect your customers. No body wants to spend a penny when your service is poor. Remember there are many nail salons in Lynnwood.
