Usually I get great service but after waiting for over two hours and 10 min still nothing what the f***

North end taxi has exceedingly friendly drivers but as I stand in front of my house, late for work as my "wait time" stretches passed 60minutes, after two phone calls to a dispatcher who at best sounded distracted as he said "a few more minutes.



That was twenty minutes ago!!! If you need to do shopping, go with north end.

If you want to get somewhere ON TIME, I would assert that the bus is FAR more reliable than any dispatchers ETA at north end taxi. Now that YET ANOTHER half hour has passed do I call again?



Spare yourself folks, stay the eff away from this company lest you find yourself in my position.

Drunk cabdriver almost wrecked on I-5. I was freaking out and I was about to have a heart attack plus my phone died. Told him to stop and he didn't want to. I thought he was going to do something crazy. Took me from Everett all the way to Bothell when I told him to take me to Lynnwood I didn't pay him cuz his meter broke and He asked me for money when he dropped me off. told him no his meter wasn't working then he asked for a tip and I told him NO @#$%^ .WAY and I left. I was going to call police but i let it go. The guy's from Ethiopia. I will never call them again.

Horrible service. I would not recommend this company! My criticism would be that they listen to their clients. We are not idiots, and should never be treated in such a way! Many folks take a taxi from time to time. Some of us do it as smart alternative to getting behind a wheel after drinking. The experience I had would make me risk the alternative, after being treated the way I did.
