Poor billing practices. Sent my account to collections without my knowledge due to having my address incorrect after billing the wrong insurance and then never billing the correct insurance after I had supplied them with updated information.They had my phone number correct at least, but never used that to contact me. When trying to correct the situation, a supervisor admitted that It was their fault and I should not be responsible, but billing manager Alicia Ramirez refuses to see this and appears to be in the habit of lying about what was actually done. She said they had tried to bill my correct insurance but when I asked for proof of this she said they never did because they got the info too late (which contradicted what she said previously)
