Dan made our PetSmart shopping experience so awesome. We came in multiple times to get a goldfish bowl, a beta, a hamster cage and a 36 gallon aquarium set with a stand. The latter was a huge budget item for us. These pets, wether fish, hamsters or out cat and dog are huge benifits for health. It's funny that shopping for something that lowers your blood pressure can raise it in the purchase process! We had trouble with the cabinet assembly design. Dan not only made it right, he made it better. He helped us pay attention to sales and get the best value we could. We are conditioning the tank water and looking fwd to going back soon to buy fish. Thanks PetSmart!!!!!

the fish there seem happy but some of the lizards are on calci-sand which can cause impactions. when this was brought to the staff's attention by a lizard breeder, they just shrugged it off. very frustrating.

Every time I come here I just feel un- welcomed. One lady made me mad when she told me that my dog wasn't a full breed min pin.I think I would know what my dog is. but the lady's in the back at banfield were all very nice!!!
