Decided to replace sofa sleeper with a new sofa. just left Ducks and stumbled across Ritz Furniture Gallery. Nice layout of store. was met by Cathy, Store Manager. Gave demensions and explained why we were there. she knew her store! and directed us to a couch she thought would work. We were shocked, it was the right size, despite it was smaller than a standard soda (what we were looking for) had 3 cushions, lovely fabric and the real kicker...IT WAS AMERICAN MADE FROM PORTLAND OREGON. Cathy was very informative and helpful. She showed off their Broyhill Sofa options sharing definitely quality furniture being sold there. Highly recommend this store!!! Don't let the outside fool you. It may look like everyone else...it is not.

I did some preliminary shopping and was so pleased to have the staff explain the options for a recliner and just in general be professional and helpful. I am definitly coming bac to shop.

My husband and I have been purchasing our furniture from Ritz for 15 years -- couches, recliners, coat stand, lamps, end tables, and most recently a new set of recliners. They have good quality items that last many years. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and very patient while you decide what works with your home. You can custom order almost any product with your choice of fabrics and colors. Over the years, have only had one problem with delivery, but no problems since. Thanks again Cathy! We love our new recliners and end tables!

Ritz is the best!!! I am so pleased with my new chenille ivory sectional. It is gorgeous. Kathy is the most helpful, professional sales person. It was like having my own interior decorator working with her. Mary
